Applications will open on 19 August 2018 for stallholders keen to be part of of the 2019 fair. If you want to be part of the big day, make sure you go to the “Book a Stall” page and send in an application.
We open the gates for stallholders at 8.00am with the public arriving at 10.00am. You will be met by a member of the Lions when you enter Battle Hill Park who will direct you to your site in the Dell. We have allocated site numbers to all stallholders but have had to make some late changes to accommodate a couple of withdrawals and some late comers. You will be directed where to park in the adjacent paddock once you have off-loaded your wares. We want to keep vehicles out of the area where we have the stallholders.
EFTPOS will accessible on site from the Lions site which will be located in the north eastern corner of the Dell in the Pony Shed. The public and stallholders can access cash from the Lions site. The site will be signposted.
If the weather is doubtful, a decision will be made by 7.00am and advised on the Eat Drink and Be Crafty website and Facebook sites as well as the cancellation service on the ZB network. The rain off day is the following day Sunday 27th January.
